We prepare and ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note, delivery times may vary during holidays or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout. If you don’t receive your tracking number, please contact us at shipping@sturdiguns.com.

Pre-Order Items: These are products currently out of stock but available for reservation. Pre-orders will not ship immediately and are expected to begin shipping in Winter 2025.
In-Stock Items: These items are available now and ship within 1-2 business days. If ordered before the cutoff date, in-stock items will arrive in time for Christmas.

We no longer offer custom products. However, if you have suggestions for new models, we encourage you to email us or share your ideas. While we can’t promise every suggestion will become a product, all ideas are highly considered.

We stand behind the quality of our products with a No Questions Asked Replacement Policy. If your product breaks and doesn’t meet our “Sturdi” standards, we’ll replace it free of charge. Shipping costs may apply.

To request a replacement: 1. Fill out the online form found on the GUARANTEE tab at the top of our homepage. 2. Attach a photo of the broken item to help us assess the break and improve future designs. 3. Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your replacement ships.

SturdiGuns products are exclusively available on SturdiGuns.com. We do not currently sell on other platforms or attend in-person events.
